I currently live out of state and sought a real estate agent for my home purchase in Texas. The first agent couldn’t get my parameters correct. The second, had poor communication skills. The third agent didn’t take me seriously perhaps because I live out of state. Frank got my request correct, communicates well, and treated me as if I were present.
